How far in advance should I book?

95% of our customers pass on the first try. If yours doesn't, come straight back to us. We fix it immediately, free of charge and as often as needed, so you can return to the VPC right away.
Do you accept VAT forms?
Yes. Our prices are shown excluding VAT, and we accept VAT forms. Payment is cash on site.
My pet is moving with me – do I still need pet hair removal?
Yes. A vehicle with pet hair will not be accepted for shipping. Add Pet Hair Removal to your booking and we'll take care of it.
How long does PCS Cleaning take?
About one day. Please bring your car in the morning and empty it of all personal items and trash beforehand.

Johannes Nauerz 2026-04-02 Ich habe meinem Bruder mein Auto geliehen, damit er Essen für einen Partyservice holen konnte., leider ist während der Fahrt ein Behälter aufgegangen und das komplette Essen hat sich im hinteren Teil des Autos verteilt. Die Sauce ist auch ziemlich schnell eingezogen… also wirklich worst case, vor allem bei einem Leasingfahrzeug.
Freitagabend gegen halb 8 habe ich dann noch irgendwie geschaut, wo ich mein Auto kurzfristig reinigen lassen kann. Dabei bin ich auf WashMe in Kaiserslautern gestoßen (die meisten anderen haben auch Samstags geschlossen gehabt) und habe direkt angerufen. Schon beim ersten Telefonat wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, mein Anliegen in Ruhe angehört und direkt nach einer Lösung gesucht. Obwohl eigentlich nichts mehr frei war, wurde mir ohne großes Zögern ein Termin für den nächsten Morgen angeboten, was ich schon echt stark fand!
Vor Ort wurde ich direkt freundlich empfangen, das Auto kurz begutachtet und dann ging es auch schon los. Die Verschmutzung war wohl hartnäckiger als gedacht, aber nach knapp 2 Stunden war davon absolut nichts mehr zu sehen. Wirklich top Arbeit!
Besonders positiv: Es wurde komplett auf meine Situation eingegangen und auch preislich ist man mir entgegengekommen, da sich die Reinigung nur auf einen Teil des Autos beschränkt hat
Klare Empfehlung von mir! Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen, sei es wieder im Notfall oder für die Aufbereitung vor der Leasingrückgabe.
